Payments
My Dirty Dishes currently only accepts PayPal payments. All order information is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL technology.
For your own protection, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders not meeting these requirements.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified in the item's description or a follow-up email from me, all orders are filled and shipped once a week [generally every Monday] with UPS ground taking an additional 2 - 7 business days to deliver your package to you.
Generally, orders received by 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) on Wednesday are shipped the following Monday. If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, please note the date in the special instructions/comments box.
International Shipments
Regretfully, My Dirty Dishes does not ship outside of the continental United States.
Delivery Instructions
Packages may be left without a signature if no one will be there to sign for it. My Dirty Dishes is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location when possible. Please note in the special instructions/comments box if you wish to receive your order without signing for it. Otherwise, your package will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If no one is present, UPS will hold your package for pickup for 5 business days before they return the package to us.
My Dirty Dishes will not refund purchases if the product is damaged after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by UPS.
Additional Terms:
- We only ship within the continental United States.
- We are not responsible for lost shipments.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

I do my best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each piece the best it can be. However, no one wants to wear a garment that doesn't quite fit!
